Hectare360 is a virtual-first property intelligence platform helping buyers, renters and investors in India discover verified flats, plots and kothis from trusted developers and groups. Every listing can include an immersive 360° virtual tour, so buyers experience a property before they visit.
We built the entire product from zero to launch — no template, no third-party CMS. That meant shaping the idea into a product plan, designing every screen, architecting and implementing the API and database, building both web apps, and deploying everything to the cloud.
On the front, a fast, modern marketplace where users search by city, category, type and budget, explore developer groups, read market news and send enquiries in a few taps. Behind it, a custom admin console that runs the business: property listings with media, pricing, maps and virtual tours, organisations and channel partners, a lead pipeline from first contact to closing, visit scheduling, deals, inquiries and a news publisher.
Both apps run on one Go API we designed and built from scratch, deployed on AWS — so the marketplace and the admin console always share a single source of truth.
The challenge
Hectare360 started with an idea and nothing else: no product, no code, no infrastructure. They needed a partner who could take full ownership, from planning and design through API architecture, development, deployment and launch, and deliver a platform that buyers trust and their team can run every day without developer help.
Our solution
We owned the full product lifecycle. We mapped the user journeys for buyers and for the internal team, designed both interfaces, then architected a REST API in Go with a clean data model for properties, groups, users, enquiries, leads and news. On top of it we built a React and Tailwind CSS marketplace and a role-based admin console, integrated Google APIs for location and maps, and deployed the stack on AWS behind Cloudflare for speed and security.
Numbers that
moved the needle.
Before Hectare360, our listings and leads were spread across spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Four B built us one dashboard to run everything, and a marketplace our buyers trust.
